Detailed Services: The advantage of using recycled plastic is that you are contributing to lessening our impact on the environment. It won't rot, it's easy to clean, it's colorful and has a high impact resistance. We also cut, fabricate and assemble parts and products for the boating, store fixtures and furniture industries. We have a variety of unique colors available in all of our products, which you can view under Color Samples and Prototypes. History RPI is a Minnesota corporation, organized and incorporated in July, 1991. Production began in November 1993 after ten months of research on a manufacturing process to convert recycled plastic waste (specifically high density polyethylene) into high quality, contaminate free 4 ft x 8 ft panels manufactured under patents 5,346,171 and 5,447,675.
